Congratulations on an outstanding track & field season S You will be competing in the 400 meters at the upcoming NCAA Track & Field Championships, how excited are you to be competing at this prestigious event?
"I am honored to have the opportunity to compete at the NCAA's. I am looking forward to the experience and doing my best."
You will be competing against the elite 400 meters in collegiate track & field. What are your expectations going into the meet?
"I know that it's not going to be easy. I'm going to have to be on my game in order to compete against such great runners."
What is your game plan in competing in the 400 meters at the NCAA's?
"I've had a good season. I pr'd in both the 200 meters and the 400 meters so I'm excited. I know other runners have better times, but I'm going to go out and show everybody what I am capable of doing."
How have your family and friends reacted to you competing in your first NCAA Track & Field Championship?
"Everyone is so happy and proud. It really makes me feel good."
You're only a sophomore in college. This is just the beginning of what promises to be a stepping stone to even greater heights in the years ahead?
How proud are you of your accomplishments?
"Even if I don't come back as an All-American, I want to experience what it is like to compete at Nationals. I'm excited about the opportunity."
