Precious Watkins advanced to her third NCAA Championships as part of the Matadors' 4x400 relay ... along with Sherrina Lofton, Desirae Gonder and Jackie Harrison, finished 18th in the prelims in a time of 3:42.59 ... finished third in the 100 meters at the Big West Championships running a time of 12.06 ... ran a season-best 11.90 in the prelims ... also qualified for the 200 meter final after running a season-best 24.87 in the prelims, but did not compete ... was part of the conference champion 4x400 relay squad ... clocked a lifetime-best 55.21 in the 400 meters to place second at the USC Quad Meet ... qualified for the 60 meter final at the MPSF Indoor Championships after running a lifetime-best 7.57 but was not able to run in the final ... finished 13th in qualifying for the 200 meters in 24.80 ... ran a lifetime-best 24.56 at the Boise State Team Challenge.

CSUN was fourth in the 4x100 meter relay with Watkins running the opening leg ... finished second to teammate Sherrina Lofton in the 100 meters at the Big West Championship after running a time of 11.75 ... finished fourth in the 200 meters in a lifetime-best 24.30 ... anchored the conference champion 4x100 relay that ran 44.88 ... was named Big West Women's Freshman of the Year ... did not compete during the indoor season.
