Cal Poly loaded the bases and Pitzenberger then issued a walk on four-straight pitches to give the Mustangs a 1-0 lead. The next Cal Poly hitter then drove home two more with a double to right-center and was then followed with another two-run hit to give Cal Poly its five runs for the game.
