Saenz appeared in 50 games, making 44 starts, in the outfield and as designated player in 2010 .. in her final season at CSUN, batted .281 with 15 runs, 36 hits, seven doubles, five home runs, 23 RBIs and five sac bunts ... finished career with 87 RBIs, the eighth-most in school history ... had season-high three twice and scored season-high two runs on two occasions ... had season-high four RBIs at UC Riverside on May 8 ... tied a career high with her five home runs ... finished year with .453 slugging percentage and .352 on-base percentage ... had 13 hits, three doubles, one home run and 10 RBIs against Big West opposition.


Saenz appeared in 46 games for Northridge, making 45 starts ... set new career highs with 18 runs scored, 37 hits, 14 walks, six sac bunts and four stolen bases ... finished second on team with .303 batting average ... added six doubles, one home run and 24 RBIs to final season line ... sported perfect 1.000 fielding percentage in 17 chances in outfield ... had season-high three RBIs and three hits on two occasions ... scored season-high two runs in four different contests ... blasted home run against Samford on Feb. 21 ... swiped career-high two stolen bases against Cal Poly on Apr. 18.


Saenz appeared in 43 games, making 32 starts during her sophomore season ... hit .190 for the season with 19 hits, two doubles, one home run and 15 RBIs ... collected career-high and team season-high four hits against Cal State Bakersfield on Mar. 22 ... drove in career-high and team season-high five RBIs against Cal Poly on Apr. 19 ... hit a grand slam in win over Mustangs on Apr. 19 ... went 6-for-9 with five RBIs in doubleheader against Cal State Bakersfield on Mar. 22 ... collected two doubles on the season, one coming against Cal State Bakersfield on Mar. 22 and one against UC Santa Barbara on Apr. 12 ... now has 41 RBIs through two seasons with Northridge ... had a career-high and team season-high five at-bats against Cal State Bakersfield on Mar. 22 ... also had one sacrifice bunt.


Saenz played in 35 games for the Matadors, starting 34 ... named Big West Co-Freshman Field Player of the Year after hitting a team-best .363 with five home runs, eight doubles and 26 RBIs ... named to All-Big West Second Team ... finished third on the team with 37 hits and second with a .588 slugging percentage ... raised batting average to .380 during Big West Conference play ... finished season with nine multi-hit, seven multi-run and three multi-run games ... went 3-for-4 with a home run, three runs scored and three RBIs against Wright State on Feb. 16 ... combined to drive in four runs and scored four more in both games of a doubleheader against Siena on Feb. 27 ... named Big West Player of the Week after going 5-for-11 with seven RBIs, two runs scored and a home run in a three-game series against UC Santa Barbara on Apr. 21-22 ... received second Big West Player of the Week Award on May 7 after finishing a three-game series against Pacific on may 5-6 with five RBIs, five runs and a home run ... recorded only steal of the season against Siena on Feb. 27.

Saenz was a three-sport athlete at Leland High School in San Jose, Calif. ... played four seasons of softball, three of field hockey and two years of soccer ... named All-Blossom Valley Athletic League in softball each season ... also earned all-league honors in soccer and field hockey in 2003 ... helped the Chargers to league and CCS championships in `03 ... graduated in 2006 with a 3.0 grade point average.
