Townley appeared in all 20 matches, making 19 starts, for CSUN ... named to All-Big West Conference First Team after tying a school record with nine goals on the season ... also picked up first two career assists to finish with team-high 20 points on the year ... led Big West Conference with five game-winning goals, three of which came against league opponents ... the 20 points ranks tied for third in school history for a single season ... scored first goal of the season in Matadors' 3-0 victory over LMU on Aug. 27 ... scored at Creighton on Sept. 4 ... picked up first game-winning goal of the season in Matadors' 1-0 victory over Vermont on Sept. 6 ... also had game-winning goal in 1-0 victory over Hawai'i on Sept. 18 ... had game-winning goal in league-opening 3-2 win over Cal Poly on Oct. 2 ... scored vs. UC Santa Barbara on Oct. 4 ... picked up game-winning goals at UC Davis (Oct. 11) and UC Riverside (Oct. 16), both 1-0 CSUN victories ... recorded first career assist vs. UC Irvine on Oct. 25 ... added second season assist vs. Long Beach State on Nov. 1 ... tied school record with goal in Big West Playoffs vs. UC Santa Barbara on Nov. 5 ... finished year with 38 shots, the fifth-most in school history for a single season, putting 21 on-goal ... had season-high six shots vs. Vermont.


Played in 16 matches for Matadors, making four starts ... finished with four goals, three of which were game winners, and eight points ... the three game-winning goals tied for third in the Big West Conference ... picked up game-winning strikes in back-to-back games, scoring at Cal State Bakersfield on Aug. 31 and at UNLV on Sept. 5 ... registered third game winner of the season at Saint Mary's on Sept. 14 ... tallied her final goal of the season at Arizona on Sept. 21 ... finished year with 17 shots, 10 of which were on net.


Townley received a medical hardship waiver after participating in only four games before injuries cut her season short.


Townley came off the bench in 18 matches as a freshman ... posted two goals and one assist for five points ... scored in her first collegiate match in a win against Northern Arizona on Aug. 25 ... had a three-point contest with a goal and an assist in a victory over Idaho on Sept. 12 ... 11 of her 12 shots were on goal.


Townley prepped at Highland High School in Palmdale, Calif. ... helped the Bulldogs to 43 wins and back-to-back Golden League titles in 2005 and 2006 ... earned a pair of all-league honors, including first-team accolades as a senior ... set school record for most assists in her senior year ... also ran track one year ... graduated in 2006 with a 3.0 grade point average.
