Cal State Northridge is proud to be the host of the 2008 NCAA® West Regional Track and Field Championships, May 30-31. The Matadors welcome student-athletes, coaches and fans to the Matador Track & Field Complex where for two days some of the best athletes in the country will be competing for the right to advance to the 2008 NCAA® Championships in Des Moines, Iowa, June 11-14. The top five finishers in each individual event and the top three finishers in the 4x100m and 4x400m relays will automatically qualify for the NCAA®Championships. Hosting this spectacular event for the second time, Cal State Northridge Athletics is excited to play host to several potential Olympians from across the world as this first class event unfolds in its backyard. We hope you enjoy your trip to Northridge, the San Fernando Valley and the greater Los Angeles area.

Tickets
Two-day general admission ticket packages are available by calling the Matador Ticket Office (818) 677-2488. We encourage all patrons to purchase their tickets early because we anticipate a sellout. A reminder to all coaches, since this is an NCAA event, there will be NO complementary admissions to the championships. Tickets must be sold as a two-day package until the first day of competition.

Ticket prices are as follows:

Adult general admission (2-day)	$20
Students*/children/seniors (55 and older) general admission (2-day)	$12
Adult general admission (1-day)	$15
Students*/children/seniors (55 and older) general admission (1-day)	$ 8
* Grade school, high school and college students

**PLEASE NOTE: NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK WILL BE PERMITTED INSIDE THE VENUE. THIS INCLUDES BEVERAGE COOLERS. CONCESSIONAIRES WILL BE ON-SITE FOR FOOD AND REFRESHMENTS.

The Hammer events will be held at North Campus Stadium. Click here for map.

North Campus Stadium will open at 9 a.m. on both days of competition.

The main track & field venue will open at 10:30 a.m. on both days of competition.

In addition, a shuttle service will be provided from parking lot G4 for the elderly and disabled. This service will run approximately every 10 minutes. Please look for the designated waiting area at the Northwest corner of lot G4.
