Nick Delio concluded his record-setting Matador career with an 11th-place finish at the NCAA West Regional (May 19-21) in Rancho Santa Fe, Calif. ... finished the Regional at even-par 216 with rounds of 70-75-71 ... for the season competed in 11 tournaments, playing 33 rounds while compiling a school-record 71.48 scoring average ... took a total of 2,359 strokes as a senior and finished his career with a Northridge record 71.91 scoring average (10,427 strokes in 145 rounds) ... was a first team All-Big West selection for the fourth straight year and conference Player of the Year after leading the Big West in scoring average ... posted six top-10 finishes and four top-20 finishes in 11 tournaments ... was CSUN's low scorer eight times during the season ... notched his third career victory after winning Northridge's Bill Cullum Invitational with a three-round total of eight under-par 208 ... finished a career-best second at the Big West Championship with a three-round two under-par 214 ... had 15 sub-par rounds to lead all Matador players ... also finished second at the ASU Thunderbird Invitational (Apr. 9-10) and the Anteater Invitational (Feb. 7-8) ... was third at the Del Walker Intercollegiate (Mar. 7-8) and was sixth at the Santa Clara Cabo Collegiate (Oct. 2-4) ... matched his CSUN career-low round with a second round 65 at the ASU Invitational ... carded a 67 on three separate occasions ... low 54-hole total also came at Arizona State where he finished with a six under-par 207 ... earned Big West All-Academic honors for the second straight season.

Delio advanced to his first NCAA Championship after winning the Southwest Regional at Carlton Oaks G.C. in Santee, Calif. ... for the season competed in 13 tournaments and played 39 rounds ... posted a team-leading 71.7 stroke average after taking 2,797 strokes over 39 rounds which is a Northridge season record ... finished 103rd at the NCAA Championship with a three-round score of (+9) 225 which included a final round of even-par 72 ... earned first team All-Big West honors for the third straight season and was named to the Division I PING All-West Region Team ... led the Matadors this season with five top-10 finishes and five top-20 finishes ... posted his only win at the NCAA Southwest Regional ... finished second at both the Anteater Invitational (Feb. 1-2) and the Bill Cullum Invitational (Oct. 26-27) ... fired a low round of 67 in round two of the Anteater Invitational where he also had his low 54-hole total of 206 ... was named Big West Golfer of the Month for October, 2009.

Completed his sophomore season with a 43rd-place finish at the NCAA West Regional (May 14-16) at Lake Merced G.C. ... matched his season-low round with a second round 68 ... wound up the Regional at two over-par 218 ... finished in 16th-place at the Big West Championship (Apr. 20-21) ... earned First Team All-Big West honors for the second straight season ... led the Matadors with a stroke average of 72.4 after taking 2,753 shots over 38 rounds ... has a two-year Northridge stroke average of 72.2 which is a Matador career record ... completed in a Northridge-high 13 tournaments and 38 rounds ... matched his season-low round with a 68 at the season-opening Ron Moore Invitational (Sept. 15-16) and the ASU Thunderbird Invitational (Apr. 10-11) ... posted five top-10 finishes including a season-best, second-place finish at the UCR Braveheart Classic (Mar. 2-3) ... finished with a 54-hole season-best nine-under-par 207 at the Ron Moore Invitational in Colorado.

Capped an impressive freshman season by finishing fifth at the Big West Championship (Apr. 21-22) ... was named First Team All-Big West as well as the conference's Freshman of the Year ... led the Matadors with a season school-record stroke average of 71.9 ... took 2,518 shots over 35 rounds ... was the only Northridge golfer to compete in all 12 tournaments ... fired a Matador season-low round of 65 in the final round the conference championship ... posted six top-10 finishes and a pair of top-20 finishes ... won his first collegiate title by six shots after carding a -13, 203 at the Santa Clara Invitational (Oct. 22-23) ... finished second with a six-under 207 at the OGIO Pacific Coast Intercollegiate (Mar. 31-Apr. 1) to lead the Matadors to their first tournament title since 2000.

Lettered all four years in golf at Saugus High School in Saugus, Calif. ... earned a variety of accolades including LA Daily News Player of the Year, Foothill League Player of the Year, Co-MVP of the CIF Southern Section as well as Foothill League All-First Team ... complied a 69.8 stroke average as a junior in 2006 ... also earned Honorable Mention honors from the American Junior Golf Association and won his first AJGA Tournament in Arizona in 2006 ... graduated in 2007 with a 3.0 grade point average.
