Morris gained his degree in Kinesiology from Cal State Dominguez Hills in 2010.

"I am excited to be here at Cal State Northridge," said Morris. "It's a life-long goal of mine to help young student-athletes and I'm accomplishing that goal by being here. The coaching staff at Cal State Northridge, led by head coach Bobby Braswell, is knowledgeable and experienced so this will be a great learning experience. The players and coaches have a great work ethic and I know we are headed to great places."
